UESL Monthly Guide: July ‘26 IDD-Friendly Events + Activities

July is here, and with it comes a new month of opportunities to connect, explore, learn, and build community across San Diego County + Imperial Valley.

For families supporting loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities, finding inclusive community experiences can make a meaningful difference. The right event can offer more than something to do — it can create a moment of belonging, a new friendship, a helpful resource, or a chance for a loved one to practice confidence in a real-world setting.

At the UNIFIED Esports League, we believe community building happens both inside and outside of program hours. Our clients build communication, teamwork, confidence, and social skills in our UNIFIED Technology Centers — and those same skills can continue growing through safe, supportive community experiences.
